Plan details before payment

Installation may connect automatically and start validity early at a covered departure or transit location.

Once activated, turning off the eSIM does not pause validity.

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Installation ends eligibility for ordinary cancellation.

Cancellation & refunds

Ordinary cancellation must be requested within 30 × 24 hours after payment. The eSIM must be uninstalled, unused and eligible under its plan conditions; a request is not approval.

An ordinary original-source refund deducts the greater of US$3.50 or the actual processing fee allocated to the refunded portion, per request, capped at the external-payment principal being refunded. The net refund can be US$0, including a US$3.30 card-paid plan. Unknown fees require review; this is not a refund quote.

You may voluntarily choose full store credit without a cancellation fee. Credit has no expiry, belongs to the original purchasing account, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or converted to an original-source refund after posting, except where law requires otherwise. Original credit returns to credit without a fee.

Verified service faults or issuance failures, approved force majeure and applicable mandatory rights retain their fee-free remedies. Installation or use does not automatically remove those rights.

Replacement details

I explicitly agree to a free replacement with equivalent or better conditions if a card is unavailable. My original card ID, nickname and paid principal stay the same, and any released upgrade will show the original and actual plan specifications. After payment is confirmed, missing cards are considered for replacement at 10 minutes. At 30 minutes, undelivered cards enter a full principal refund process without a cancellation fee. Refund arrival depends on the payment provider.
