1. Our agreement with you
Zebra eSIM is operated by WISE INTERNATIONAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("Zebra eSIM", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zebraesim.com and travel eSIM plans and related services purchased directly from us (the "Services"). "You" means the person using the Services or placing an order. Contact us at support@zebraesim.com. Mailing address: 1021 E Lincolnway Unit 1588, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States.
Read these Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the specific plan details before placing an order. By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; it is a notice, and does not replace any separate consent required by law. Purchases from another seller are subject to that seller's payment and refund arrangements, without limiting rights you may have against us under applicable law.
2. Eligibility and account security
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and have legal capacity to enter into the purchase. An adult purchasing a plan for another traveler is responsible for providing the traveler with the applicable plan conditions and installation guidance. Our website and support channels are not directed to children under 13.
Provide accurate contact and payment information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Protect access to your email, account, sign-in codes and private order links. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may verify ownership before disclosing order information or changing an account email; a screenshot alone does not establish ownership. Your responsibility for unauthorized activity remains subject to applicable law.
3. Your plan and the order of precedence
Each plan has its own covered destinations, data allowance, duration, activation event, installation or activation deadline, network restrictions, fair-use conditions and top-up eligibility. Review the details shown for the exact plan at checkout. A destination listed for roaming does not establish that every location, device or application will work there.
Mandatory legal rights take priority. Subject to those rights, the specific conditions recorded for your purchase govern the plan's technical characteristics; our current published Cancellation and Refund Policy governs commercial cancellation and refund rules; these Terms govern general use. A later catalog update does not retrospectively replace the conditions of an existing purchase. Contact support if a description and your order record appear inconsistent.
4. Device compatibility and installation credentials
Our retail travel plans are intended for compatible, carrier-unlocked smartphones. Before purchasing, check that your exact smartphone model and regional variant support eSIM and meet the plan's requirements. You may need an internet connection to download the profile, suitable device settings and data roaming enabled for the travel eSIM. Compatibility can depend on the device's market of purchase and operating system.
QR codes, activation codes and private installation links can grant access to your purchased service. Keep them private and share them only with your intended traveler through an available installation-sharing feature. Installation, reinstallation, device transfer and replacement are plan-dependent; do not assume a deleted profile can be restored or moved to another phone. Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting unless our team instructs you to do so. These precautions do not remove remedies for a plan that fails to meet its description.
We do not promise installation or use on dedicated routers, dongles, standalone hotspot devices or IoT equipment. These device-scope limits do not automatically remove a refund right or service-failure remedy.
5. Payment confirmation and digital delivery
Our plans are delivered digitally through the order page and the delivery methods shown for your purchase. Submitting checkout, receiving an order reference or authorizing a payment is not, by itself, proof that payment has been completed or an eSIM has been issued. Follow the confirmed payment and delivery status on your order and contact support if either is unclear.
Where multi-eSIM checkout offers delivery recovery, it applies only on the conditions presented and accepted at checkout. An equivalent or better replacement requires your explicit agreement. The selected card identity and paid principal remain associated with the purchase, and the delivered specifications must be shown. Under that offer, an undelivered card is considered for replacement after 10 minutes from confirmed payment; at 30 minutes it enters a full-principal refund process without the ordinary cancellation fee. This is a delivery remedy, not a promise that a bank will credit a refund within 30 minutes.
6. Activation, validity and expiry
Installation, activation and the first network connection are distinct events. Depending on the plan you purchased, validity may begin at first installation or at the first connection to an eligible network. A connection in your departure country or during transit can start validity where that network is covered. Review the start event and activation deadline before installing or enabling the profile.
Travel dates entered on our website help you select a plan; they do not schedule or postpone activation. Once validity begins, disabling the eSIM, leaving the destination or not using data does not pause the clock. The purchased plan specifies its time basis and expiry. Data or validity remaining after expiry is not automatically carried forward, refunded or extendable, subject to the refund policy and your legal rights.
7. Data allowance, fair use and network performance
Fixed-data plans provide a total allowance. Daily plans provide the daily allowance, reset event and time zone described for that plan. After a daily high-speed allowance is used, a plan may reduce speed or stop data until its next reset, as disclosed in its purchased conditions. An "unlimited" description does not mean unlimited high-speed data unless the specific plan expressly provides that. Ordinary personal hotspot sharing from a compatible smartphone is supported and uses the same plan allowance. It remains subject to the purchased plan's sharing limits, device capability and required settings; no separate hotspot allowance, connected-device count, unlimited sharing or minimum speed is promised. Supported network generations and application restrictions also depend on the plan.
Actual speed, latency and coverage vary with location, congestion, available networks, device capability and other conditions. A displayed network generation or reduced-speed figure is not a guaranteed measured throughput. We do not guarantee access to every website or application; their regional policies and local rules may affect access. These qualifications do not permit us to substitute materially different plan conditions or avoid an applicable service-failure remedy.
8. Top-ups, extensions and separate purchases
A top-up is a separate purchase available only for an eligible, compatible existing eSIM. Check the specific offer and the profile's expiry before paying. A fixed-data top-up may add data and validity; a daily-plan extension may add days while retaining the same daily high-speed allowance, reset rules and fair-use restrictions. An extension is not an increase in the daily allowance unless expressly stated.
Do not assume a top-up is available after expiry, applies to a different profile or transfers unused data between plans. The confirmed order shows what changed. A failed top-up does not by itself cancel your original plan. Cancelling a profile may also affect its attached top-ups, and the affected purchases and amounts must be identified before execution. Our prepaid plans do not automatically renew; a further purchase requires your action.
9. Prices, payments and verification
Our store prices are in United States dollars (USD). Review the total payable, discounts and any applicable taxes or charges displayed before confirming payment. A promotional offer applies only under its stated conditions. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or foreign-transaction charges; those charges are outside our control and are separate from our prices.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Stripe. We may perform proportionate fraud and ownership checks. A purchase or rolling 24-hour total exceeding US$300 on the same account or payment instrument requires human review before payment. A review is not a forfeiture of money already paid and does not reduce refund rights. If a paid order cannot be provided, the applicable refund obligations remain.
10. Cancellation, refunds and store credit
Our current published Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and applies consistently to the commercial cancellation and refund information shown before purchase. A plan's technical conditions still determine whether its profile can be cancelled; a general policy summary is not a guarantee that every plan is refundable. It explains ordinary cancellation eligibility, the request deadline, the merchant cancellation fee, original-source refunds, voluntary store credit, service-failure refunds and force-majeure review. Read that policy before paying. Contact support@zebraesim.com or use an available order-page request to exercise a cancellation or refund right.
A timely request remains timely while we investigate it. Installation or use can affect ordinary cancellation eligibility, but does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service. Where the law requires an express request to begin service or a separate acknowledgment before a withdrawal right can be lost, these Terms alone do not supply that consent. We will not require store credit in place of money that the law requires us to return.
11. Service problems and approved remedies
Report a delivery or connection problem promptly with the order reference, device model and the relevant error information. We may ask you to perform reasonable troubleshooting or provide evidence needed to assess the affected service. Do not email full payment-card details or disclose installation credentials in a public message.
Verified service faults or issuance failures receive the full-refund protection in our Cancellation and Refund Policy without the ordinary cancellation fee. A separately agreed partial adjustment may allow service to continue; a full return of the remaining paid principal for an in-use profile may require stopping that profile and its affected top-ups. Any proposed amount, refund source and service consequence must be disclosed before you agree. Additional compensation is separate from a refund that is owed. A pending service-stop confirmation does not extinguish an approved refund, and submission to a payment provider does not prove bank receipt.
12. Lawful and acceptable use
Use the Services lawfully in your home country, destination and any country where you connect. You must not use stolen payment details, impersonate another person, interfere with networks or security controls, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's installation credentials. Any network or fair-use restriction must be consistent with the conditions applicable to your plan.
Our retail plans are intended for personal travel use. Commercial resale, bulk redistribution or operating a communications service using our plans requires a separate agreement. Buying a plan for an intended traveler is permitted, subject to compatibility and installation conditions; it does not transfer the purchasing account's refund rights or restart any deadline.
13. Connectivity and third-party services
We arrange eSIM connectivity through telecommunications service partners; we do not operate every local radio network. Availability may be affected by coverage, maintenance, congestion, local restrictions or events outside our reasonable control. These conditions do not remove our obligations for a service that does not meet its purchased description or for a refund already approved.
Unless a plan expressly includes voice or SMS, it is a data service and does not supply a telephone number, conventional calls or SMS. Do not rely on a travel data eSIM as your only means of emergency communication. Charges on your primary SIM or other services remain subject to their providers' terms. Third-party websites, apps and linked travel services have their own contracts and privacy practices; their inclusion does not promise access, availability or a booking through Zebra eSIM.
14. Website content and intellectual property
The Zebra eSIM name, branding, website design, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website and installation materials as reasonably needed to select, purchase and use your plan, and may keep a copy of the terms and records applicable to your purchase.
You may not copy our branding, commercially redistribute our content or attempt to obtain non-public systems or data without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Rights in device software, network services and third-party content remain with their respective owners.
15. Suspension and events outside our control
We may restrict access or suspend an affected service where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a material breach, a security risk or a legal requirement. We will explain the action where lawful and practicable and use a scope proportionate to the issue. Ordinary account closure is not, by itself, a forfeiture of an otherwise owed refund or a lawful remaining balance.
When an event outside our reasonable control prevents performance, we will take reasonable steps to address its effects. Requests concerning force majeure directly affecting travel or use are assessed under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. A network disruption, third-party failure or suspension does not excuse an approved payment obligation or a remedy required by law.
16. Warranties and responsibility
We remain responsible for supplying the purchased service as described and for the remedies required by these Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law. Subject to those obligations, we do not promise uninterrupted connectivity, a particular measured speed, universal compatibility or access to every third-party application. Any exclusion of an implied warranty applies only to the extent the law permits it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business opportunities or lost profits arising from use of a personal travel plan. Our total liability for a claim relating to an affected order is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not reduce refunds or balances we owe, mandatory consumer or privacy remedies, or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where a limitation is prohibited, the applicable law governs.
17. Wyoming law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would displace the mandatory protections described here. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights available under the law of your residence or another applicable jurisdiction.
Contact support@zebraesim.com with the order reference and the issue so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not require you to delay urgent relief or miss a legal deadline. The competent state and federal courts in Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction; you retain any right under applicable law to use your local courts, small-claims proceedings, a regulator or another available remedy. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights.
18. Updates, language and general provisions
We identify this version by its last-updated date and policy version. Revised terms apply prospectively when published or on a stated later date. A material change affecting an existing service requires the notice, consent or remedy that applicable law requires; a website update does not retrospectively remove purchased plan conditions, an accrued refund right or another existing obligation.
English is the authoritative text. Chinese is provided as a reference translation to help you read the same terms. If they differ, the English text controls to the extent permitted by law; this does not displace mandatory local-language or consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it.
